摘要/Abstract

摘要： 文章分析了FDI、内资技术和制度创新、内资效率的相关关系,发现FDI直接和间接地促进了内资技术和制度创新,进而提高了内资效率。FDI对内资效率的直接作用不显著,它的溢出效应完全是通过FDI促进内资技术创新、制度创新及两者的协同而间接实现的。

关键词: FDI溢出效应, 技术创新, 制度创新, 内资效率, 中介效应

Abstract: The paper analyzed the relationship between FDI, domestic technological and institutional innovation, and it is found out that FDI has promoted the domestic technological and institutional innovation directly and indirectly, and thereby improved the domestic productivity. However, the direct impact of FDI on the domestic productivity is insignificant, and its spillover effect is realized indirectly by FDI's promoting the domestic technological and institutional innovation and their synergy.
